The short version

We do not have user accounts and we do not store the enquiries you paste. The text is sent to our AI provider to generate your BEO and returned to your browser. Your licence key, saved BEOs and venue branding live only in your browser.

What we process

• Enquiry text you paste (which may contain your client's name and contact details). It is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the BEO. We do not store it, and our server logs never include it. Card-number-like strings are removed before sending.
• Licence key — checked against Lemon Squeezy to confirm your purchase, and kept in your browser's local storage.
• Saved BEOs, venue name and logo — stored only in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data deletes them.
• Usage counters — a hashed form of your IP address and a daily count, kept for 24 hours to limit free use. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP.
• Analytics — the Meta Pixel records page views and whether a BEO was generated or a checkout started, so we can measure advertising. It uses cookies.

Who else handles data

• Anthropic (AI generation) — processes the enquiry text to produce the BEO.
• Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record) — handles your purchase, receipt and licence key. Their privacy notice applies to checkout.
• Netlify (hosting) — serves the site and runs our functions.
• Meta (analytics pixel).

Your rights

To delete everything BEO Studio holds in your browser, clear this site's data in your browser settings. For anything else, including access or deletion requests under POPIA or GDPR, email support@misehyve.com.
