Refund Policy

Lifetime licence

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@misehyve.com with the order number from your receipt. Your licence is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Monthly subscription

Cancel any time using the customer portal link in your receipt email, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; we do not refund partial months.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
