What BEO Studio is

BEO Studio is a web tool that turns an event enquiry you paste in into a draft Banquet Event Order (BEO): a run-of-show timeline, menu and dietary summary, staffing suggestion, setup notes and a standards checklist. It is provided by Mise Hyve (Pty) Ltd, South Africa ("we", "us").

Drafts, not decisions

Every BEO is a draft generated from the text you provide. Guest counts, times, dietary needs, staffing numbers and timeline items are suggestions to be checked and confirmed by you with your client, kitchen and team before an event. We do not warrant that a BEO is complete or correct, and we are not liable for any loss arising from an event run from a BEO, however caused.

Free use

You may generate a limited number of preview BEOs without paying. Previews are watermarked and cannot be downloaded, branded or saved. We may change or pause free use at any time.

Licences

A paid licence (monthly subscription or lifetime) is personal to the purchasing venue or business and may be activated on up to three browsers or devices. Monthly licences remain valid while the subscription is active. Lifetime licences remain valid for as long as BEO Studio operates. Licences may not be resold or shared outside your business.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles VAT and sales tax. Refunds are described on our refunds page.

Your content

You keep all rights to the enquiries you paste in and the BEOs you generate. You are responsible for having the right to share any personal information contained in an enquiry. See our privacy notice for how that text is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not use BEO Studio to attempt to extract the underlying prompts or models, to overload the service, or for anything unlawful.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service. If we discontinue BEO Studio, lifetime licence holders will be given at least 30 days' notice and a means to export saved BEOs.
